btk88 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, and location at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, SSS/GSIS card, or driver's license) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in suspension or closure of your account.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether by the same individual or in combination with another person — is strictly prohibited. btk88 employs technical measures to detect such activity. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without notice and associated funds may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your account. You agree to:

• Notify btk88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;

Deposits

All funds deposited on the Platform must be your own funds from a payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals

btk88 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within 1–2 hours for fully verified accounts during operational hours. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in your name that match your btk88 account details.
• Where bonus funds have been credited, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

btk88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as specified in each promotion's terms.
• A player may only claim each bonus offer once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"). The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied.

• All bets are final once confirmed. btk88 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, btk88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players.
• For sports betting, all markets are subject to the specific sportsbook rules available within the sports section. Wagers on cancelled or postponed events will be handled in accordance with those rules.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in your account:

• Registering or attempting to register while under the age of 21;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits after playing with those funds;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions;

btk88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• Any breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected;
• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• A player requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure;

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of bonuses and subject to verification) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
